Protesters Gathered for Bush's Visit

Protesters were out in force today. Nearly 200 demonstrators were on hand as the President's motorcade arrived at the federal facility in the northeast this morning.

Community groups, the unemployed, anti-war protesters, and even a group of local Liberians calling for US intervention there lined the route, hoping to be seen and heard as bush passed by.

Police tell Action News the demonstrators were orderly ---
