They're hiring!
As many big companies are announcing mass layoffs, these 20 top employers have at least 350 openings each right now. Which Best Companies to Work For are doing the most recruiting and what kind of candidates are they looking for?

What they're looking for: Financial advisors and branch office administrators.

1. They're hiring in one room
and laying off in the other.

They are laying off people with good salaries and hiring at bargain basement rates with no benefits. Very common practice.

But that's what you get when you don't have unions.
