Congress is nothing more than a pack of whining curs.
Begging for information from the Bush-Cheney administration which is intent upon re-instating the imperial presidency. When caught in lying by omission on the Medicare Prescription act cost information, the Bush-Cheney administration answered the request to testify before a house committee with “I decline to be there, because I’m tired.”

For this pack of Congressional lapdogs that was acceptable, “I’m tired, so you don’t get any information from me.” The sad thing is that the people will not send this bunch spineless wonders packing. Evidently we also do not care for the truth. We are also willing to accept “I’m tired, so screw off! You don’t need the truth.”

put its money where it's collective mouth is. They are all talk and no action.

They are acting like a bunch of sniveling altar boys afraid of the power of the parish priest.

3. Congress needs to get its priorities in line: the Republican
majority is answerable to this country first, not the RNC.

2. Whining curs?
My description would just get my post removed :)

The currrent Dem faction is mostly comprised of the lamest, boot-lickingest appeasers of evil I can even imagine.

What happened to the occassional hero? We have nothing but zeroes representing us in Congress. (Ok, there is Waxman and Byrd and a couple others but other than that what a pathetic bunch of losers).

Bush* has given them enough ammo for a year long fight. They sit on their hands. It is beyond sad.

5. Repubs look at the Presidency differently than Democrats...
Traditionally, they tend to favor a more imperial presidency. Actually, they would prefer a king or a dictator but they are in charge in Congress and they do whatever Dubya wants....
