Wolfowitz to replace Bremer?? |
|
It's being reported in the press this AM. I heard it on C-SPAN. Is Bremer about ready to end his term? Maybe he thinks his luck is about to run out. Of course, the last time Wolfowitz went to Baghdad, he was almost killed in a suicide bomb. Why would they think he would want the job? He's done his damage already since his voice was one of the loudest for the invasion of Iraq.

just as the Kissinger nomination to the 9/11 commission was. W-baby is so egregiously revolting a choice that anyone, ANYONE they pick will seem moderate by comparison. Then they can pick a thug and get away with it. SOP with *'s group.

3. There would be some justice to that -- |

All the chickenhawks who got us into this mess should have to report to the battle zone, and join the troops they sent into harm's way.

when the Kings and Generals would lead the troops into battle. Now they sit back in the safety of their secure bunkers and to them it's just a video game. It's a lot easier to make stupid decisions that cost lives when you're not worried about your own personal ass.

6. As a caller just pointed out the "intestinal fortitude" of George W Bush |
|
on C-SPAN... George W Bush had an opportunity to show his intestinal fortitude during Viet Nam....he showed he had none. By the way, the caller was complimenting Bush on his "intestinal fortitude" for going into Iraq, as if he would actually go and fight himself...
