Tim Roemer (9/11 comm.) on c-span speaks blather

he was a guest on Washington Journal sounding like a bushgang member. He didn't actually answer questions but changed the subject or blathered on about something else.

time after time he avoided answering a question.

isn't he supposed to be a dem?

just whose side is he on anyway.

1. He talks too much
He seemed surprised that the people calling in knew so much about 911 and the facts that need to come out. Earth to the people in Washington-- not everyone is stupid!

2. He kept going on
about how eloquent Condi would sound. A caller said to forget the eloquence, we want the truth.

8. That Was Me....
I had many more questions to ask him but thought it best to simplify.

I also wanted to call him on his use of the term "blame" game. I wanted to tell him it should be called the "accountability" game.

4. commissioners seem to be preparing us
They know the final report is going to be a whitewash, and are worried about getting our hopes up that it's going to be a real report.

9. BTW, has anyone noticed how Repugs have now..........
taken up the mantra of...... "leave the past behind" with regard to the 9/11 commision and possible findings?" "We need to look ahead not behind....."

Some how I don't remember all the "looking ahead" when the Repugs were looking into a 20 year old Arkansas housing development back in '92.
