has a much higher body count than Rummy, but atleast has admitted to his mistakes (didn't he even say he could be considered for war crimes -- then again that might have been regarding the firebombing over Tokyo during WWII).

Anyways, hard to say...Rummy's the bigger ass hole, but McNamara still wins for having the higher body count.
