Randi Rhodes on now
she's talking about how the Bushies never accept responsibility for anything:

"Harry Truman must be on a rotisserie spit in his grave just spinning!"

1. More
"Condi Rice never changes her hairdo because she's hiding the mark of the beast under her bangs."

Good one, Randi!

8. randi
is so much punchier than Franken.

I just feel like Franken's pacing is very slow...
he totally dissed the guy who called asking
about the Short selling prior to 911,
even after his fact checkers confirmed it.
He's constantly bending over backwards to
show how much he likes right wingers.
He seems to be best friends with every
right wing nut (G Liddy) and media whore
(Fineman) around.
His jewish jokes do NOT play outside
of New York, I'm sorry.
The skits today were boring, or maybe they
would work if they could just snap up the
pacing a little.
His guests have been stellar which has
saved the show, but there needs to be
some more polishing....

10. gosh, how long has he had the show?
Can we be more patient with him? Isn't it for a good cause? It would be easy for him to simply enjoy his wealth and keep making lucrative speeches, rather than do what he's doing to get Air America on its feet.

I think he's a brilliant guy with a backbone and I loved the show yesterday; I'm not Jewish or from New York, but thought his jokes with Stewart were funny. I'm happy to wait until he's comfortable with the format.

11. agreed.
Al is really intelligent and funny. Let's give the guy a chance.

Not every show on Air America is going to have the same tone or pacing. Personally, I'm a huge fan of "Unfiltered" and no one else really has had much to say about that show.

I love Al Franken and I have every confidence that his show will continue to get better and better.

(and just for the record...I am from New York, but I'm not Jewish, and don't get everything either)

Blood is on your hands, honey!

Love this woman. After Kinsley, I needed a bit of fresh air. A lot, in fact.
