OK who called KTRH radio in Houston yesterday afternoon? |
|
I was listening to our all-news AM radio station yesterday and the “Sound Off” question was “What do you want to hear the President say in his press conference tonight?”
Imagine my shocked delight when one young woman (which one of you was it?) said “I quit.”
Don’t hear that very often in public in Houston…the anchors did not quite know how to respond, but it made my day! WTG whoever you are! And if you're not a DUer, you should be!

I used to listen to the news on that station but found out they are owned by Clear Channel. But that was good for whoever said it. I'll bet the djs were stunned.

2. LOL! I wish it was me! |

I have been on the air in the morning soundoff a couple times, but not recently. This morning, the question was about the press conference, and I think 4 out of the 5 or 6 callers were very negative about Bush! It was pleasant to hear on my morning drive!
