During the news conference chimpy started fumbling badly for an
answer saying "I know something will pop into my head here"... and
then uhmmm'ing and shuffling a lot. I thought to myself "His earpiece
has malfunctioned and he's asking his controllers for help!" No
"on message" non-answers were "popping" into his head! Oops.
