Turn off CNN, they are pretending to be Fox
they arent...a large segment of people watch Faux. The execs at CNN and MSNBC think, in their small teeny weeny minds, that they can pretend to be Faux news, and get viewers..they cant
therefore, they messed up badly...their ratings went DOWN when they tried to imitate Faux.
If CNN and MSNBC want ratings and people watching them, they need only start telling the truth, and stop pretending to be Faux lite.
They will have their ratings go thru the roof if they actually started to appeal to a liberal base, the majority of the country.
They wont, so f*ck em.
turn them off.
seems like most of the country has done so already.

1. FAUX 's ratings went up
because the Dept of Defense makes all offices/training rooms on military bases show only FOX!

4. You've got proof of this?
There's got to be something illegal about that.

That would be Soviet. (not that I would find it surprising because the Busheviks ARE Free-Market Bolsheviks)

If this is true, Imperial Amerika is falling much faster than I think.

9. My God, is your Congressperson a Dem?
ANY of your state officials?

You should CONTACT THEM AT ONCE.

Not only is this chillingly Soviet, but given that Faux is the analogue of Soviet Pravda and Nazi Media, it is doubly so!

Contact your Senator or Congressperson NOW!

11. where I currently live, yes
but where my husband is stationed and where I will soon live (CO), I don't know, probably not. Anyway, that's what he claims and I believe him. I might try to do a search on the internet for this, it is disturbing.

15. It doesn't matter, you want to contact YOUR Congressperson
NOT the one where your husband is stationed.

The military is National. What happens on your husband's base is his/her business.

You need to contact the Congressperson NOW. Make the complaint before you move to CO.

When you get to CO, find a Democratic Congressperson (hopefully they will be yours) and make the complaint AGAIN.

Just my advice. God, this is so HORRIBLY SOVIET!

16. Right now the military is being used and abused by our fascist regime
that includes Faux news.
Best to let the congresspeople know, but will they do anything?
Ive called them so many times about it all I think they know my voice by now and what color hair I have.
My kids all laugh at Faux news..even Michael in Baghdad..he knows its just propoganda. He says he cant wait to get the hell out of the reserves, and no way will he sign up again for those assholes.
ps Bring the troops home now

17. So you're confirming this, as well, Mari?
I didn't want to believe that it was happening.

In many ways, this small act is more frighteningly Soviet than all of their others.

Can we save America, I mean the Old America. Or is that as dead and gone as the Old Roman Republic?

This makes me despair.

But don't you think for a MINUTE, I'm giving up, darling!

12. wow, not only do they have to live in hell
they are subjected to FAUX too! I used to watch it every great once in a while until a couple years ago when they first started chanting the "unpatriotic" thing if you said anything bad about AWOL.

13. How to de-spin Fox in 2 easy steps
"TERRA! TERRA! TERRA!" becomes bu$h* wants the entire world to declare war against us so he can see what that shiny red button does and watch things go boom.

Evil libruls and terra-ists=people working to restore (or create, as the case may be) some sort of freedom from bu$h*'s Imperial Amerikkkan World Empire.

3. I can still see in my mind the horror on (I think it was) Paula Zaun's
face when Gore was announced the winner in 2000. It was almost like they knew the vote was rigged but yet they lost. Then a bit later they retracted and all was well again. Ever since then I have not paid attention to CNN.

7. Did you see the Faux commercial
yesterday on CNN? I kid you not! In the middle of one of the CNN news broadcasts, I have forgotten which one, there was a commercial advertising "Fox News".

How desperate is that? One cable news network is showing advertisments for another news network. Do you suppose they think the public will just think they are one in the same?

I'm so confused!!!!

14. Faux bought ad time with either your local cable co. or satelite co.
That's how that happened. Pretty underhanded - something I would definitely expect from Faux. Funny there's a popup software online that companies can sign up with that will bomb people's computers with popups for your company when they go to a competitor's site. It's called Gator. Fed Ex signed on with them, and had it hit UPS's web site. I know my husband works for Big Brown Brother.
