A question for veteran DUERS?
I found DU after the 2000 elections and I come here solely to bash Bush and to hear others bash Bush. When Kerry wins will DU be obsolete for me?

After we get Bush out of the White House, we have to work to get him and his into the BIG house!

5. Heck no ! DU is much more that that ....
By the number of your posts you seem like more of a lurker so if you've been lurking since 2000 surely you have seen that.

I'm confused too ...

7. If I understand your point, once Kerry wins...
...and the Rush's and Hannities and O'Riley's and Savages etc. all throw up their hands and switch off their microphones...and the Washington Times becomes a shopper and Fox News becomes all Simpsons and NASCAR all the time, with the exception of Britt Humes really scary kiddie show...then, when the world is all one nice, peaceful technicolor heaven...then, yes, it will be time to retire the Democratic Underground...but, until then...remember that a Bush "win" didn't make Rush slack off (all drug use aside).

8. DU will never be obsolete
it will become more important than ever when we have a Democratic (real) president.

Bash away at them.
