According to Simon Wiesenthal Center, DU must be a hate site. |
|
The Simon Wiesenthal Center, which has been tracking hate Web sites for nine years, describes in the report released Monday more than 200 of about 4,000 online hate sites it monitors.
The group said it has seen a surge this year in the number of sites that promote terrorist recruitment, urging young people to join "holy wars" and become suicide bombers.
The report includes sites that deny the Holocaust, theorize September 11 conspiracies (my emphasis /jc) and glorify al Qaeda. The more common hate sites feature racism, anti-Semitism and gay bashing

1. So....because we theorize 9/11 conspiracies we are a hate site? |
|
I have yet to read a post where a DUer glorifies Al Queda. They are a little bit mixed up.

that they are lumping in any site which questions the official 9/11 line: "Osama did it and we had no idea it was coming and could do nothing to prevent it" as a "hate" site.
The report includes sites that deny the Holocaust, theorize September 11 conspiracies (my emphasis /jc) and glorify al Qaeda. The more common hate sites feature racism, anti-Semitism and gay bashing
I take it to mean there are three categories that can qualify a site as a hate site according to their criteria 1)You deny the holocaust 2)You theorize about 9/11 conspiracies (except the official one I assume) 3)You glorify Al Qaeda. If that's the correct understanding, then DU would have to be a hate site, just go checkout the 911 forum and the numerous LIHOP, MIHOP threads.

I don't deny that I hate fascists and war mongers, religious psychos, greedy bastards, and head-in-the-sand conservatives.
Hate can be a good thing.

9-11 conspiracies that have the Israelis or Jewish people involved. That was out there pretty early on, but I haven't seen too many lately.

6. There were nutcase theories that Jews were behind 9/11 |
|

and that all of them employed at the World Trade Centers were mysteriously "sick" on 9/11. I would assume that this sort of anti-semitic trash is what they refer to...

Take Back the Media - it was over the "Bush is Not a Nazi - so Stop saying that.." flash I did..
they tried to roast me in the LA times - I loved it..
wanted to ask them, "Hey, got Alzhiemers or something? Doesn't Bush look familiar? YOU guys of all people should recognise a NAZI when you see one.."
I also have a lovely 911 theory at TBTM -- link at the bottom of this post..
