4. Feingold still not interested in signing Graham bill per his aide today

Why? Because Hillary's bill creates competition, and he doesn't sit on the committee that decides. I stressed the Graham's bill is more identical to Rush Holt's bill, and it needs to get thru committee as fast as possible when both bills get enough cosponsors. This issue is urgent as Diebold was caught lying to the S.O.S. in CA which has led them to decertify their touch screen machines. The aide was aware of that. I also brought up the story of illegal software on Optical Scan machines in Indiana, made by the same manufacturer as used in Wisconsin (ES&S). The aide was not aware of this.
