3. They all stink!
Between January and March 2004, viewership has dropped dramatically on the Fox News Channel, CNN and MSNBC.

Fox had 2.2 million viewers in prime time (from 8 to 11 p.m.) at this time a year ago; the figure now stands at 1.4 million, for a drop of 36 percent.

CNN had 1.6 million prime-time viewers in 2003 — now down to 806,000, for a drop of 48 percent.

At MSNBC, there were 666,000 prime-time viewers last year; now it has 333,000, or a drop of 50 percent.

5. CNN is...
Edited on Fri Apr-23-04 08:34 PM by agates
the best of a sorry bunch. Faux isn't worth the bandwidth. MSNBC is, as John Stewart said, "unwatchable" I do watch Keith Olberman--he rocks!

Not a network, but I'd vote for the Daily Show! Best source of news anywhere.

8. I go with The Daily Show, too.
At least there's a nod and wink-wink.

When I can find them, I go for News World International or the BBC.

7. It's a tossup. I have certain programs on each.
I switch between the two during the day, but in the evening I always watch:

Politics with Judy Woodward
Crossfire
Wolf (sometimes)
Lou Dobbs
Hardball
Kieth Olberman
Larry King (sometimes)
Arron Brown

They both have good and bad.

14. We definitely have the same viewing habits. On weekends I end
up watching some Faux b/c the other networks don't have live news (drives me crazy) and I am always amazed at my ability to be continually shocked at how blatantly and unabashedly partisan they are while pretending to be telling just straight news. Its their anchors not the pundits.

15. I would add NOTA but I think too many voted already
I guess that counts under the "other" category.
But if more people want me to add NOTA I will.
