Is that the Letterman set? Somebody should contact WW Pants/Letterman Show to get the story. Given what the WH did recently regarding the yawning kid video, they might be very amenable to chatting. Heck, the cameraman appears to have viewed it as odd, since he/she zoomed in on it.

And did you catch how Bush looks up at the last moment, almost as if he's checking to see if she noticed?
