The new guy at my work is an ex-bush voter! |
|
I was talking to him, and I mentioned how sales taxes were going up in NY because of bush's tax cuts, and he told me how he is a veteran and he voted for bush in 2000, but would never again. His brother is in the army, and he got wounded his 3rd day in Iraq. He also said that he thinks the military vote is going to swing drastically away from bush. He also seemed very interested when I mentioned Dean, and how he came out immediately against bush when he cut veterans benefits a few months ago. He's third one at work I've converted to Dean. (oh, this guy also said that his ideal president would be Buchanan. :puke: At least it's not bush)

2. Well, balanced budgets, guns, and veterans stuff |

helped. I think it was the fact that he wasn't bush that really did it. Though I do think that Dean has great appeal from Greens to Repukes. There are always a bunch of both at my meetups. (I'm an ex-green myself, though I'm still a green at heart)

5. I'd love to get a chance to vote for Clark for VP. |
|
He just doesn't interest me much as a presidential candidate. Never noticed much charisma from him. Not to mention the fact that he isn't running yet.

9. Please Keep Them Informed |

Chances are they're discussing Dimbo among their friends and family and will sway others to vote for a better (Dem) canadiate in 2004.
