I firmly that we deserve who we vote for, if bush wins the people who voted for him deserve what they get, but it is not just the bush voters who will be drafted, it will effect everyone. My brother, who voted for Kerry by the way, is going to beturing 19 in January, prime meat for the draft, 19 year olds are usually the first ones to go.

My kids, who aren't even of voting age yet, will be paying for this. We will be fighting this war forever. This is not their fight. They do not deserve this.

war! Absolutely refuse - it's not going to happen! But I don't know what else I can do to keep it from happening. Now I'm getting depressed and I think I'm going to cry.

11. Too bad not many of them voted. |
|
If Bush does win I hope that the ones that didn't go out and vote get drafted first. Maybe they have to learn the hard way why they should be voting.

Is one of the biggest issues with the youth vote (which I am a part of). Everyone that I've known that is in my age range (18-25) has voted for Kerry. Those of us that have voted voted for Kerry. Its not like we want to go to war for this busshit. I won't go, they can drag me to jail, or I'll be gone in another country. I can't stand how uneducated most americans are.

And it was never hard for me to go out and vote. Hell, I even voted absentee the year I had my foot operated on and was confined to a recliner for 3 months. I'm extremely disappointed with our age group. If this group actually went out and voted this election wouldn't have even been close. It will take a draft to get young people to vote. There's just no excuse for this.
And MSNBC just called Florida for Bush.
