Seriously, that's how they set the spin. That's the base from which they co-opted CNN. We need a battery of talking heads who whine nonstop about corporate bias in the media. This is not a war of strategy, like WW2; it's a war of attrition, like WW1. Dig in, gut up, and never give an inch of ground.

And we need real Democrats--not Amy Goodman, who's valuable but just as likely to call us Pugs-lite. Fox doesn't put free thinking conservatives on--Bill Buckley, Ron Paul, that word-puzzle dude from the Times. They put populist rabble rousers on. Michael Moore, Phil Donohue, Greg Palast. Tavis Smiley could be our one "class act"--our van Sustren if you will. Dr. Ruth Westheimer would be our O'Reilley. Give her the Jaws of Life and watch her pry the gender gap wide open. Shoot, put on Jim Hightower if he'll behave himself.

Think outside the box. This is doable. Bush part trois may be unavoidable. But that doesn't mean we can't start kickin the hedges.

He has already said it would NOT have a political agenda, and it will be right beside Link and FSTV.. Little niche stations on satellite tv, but NO serious challenge to the GIANTS. They are hungrier than ever, and will only be emboldened by the events of tonight.
