Has Pres. Jimmy Carter said anything about the election results yet?
Edited on Sat Nov-06-04 08:03 PM by spooky3
You may recall that he said in advance that the conditions in Florida, and perhaps elsewhere, did not meet international standards for well-run election processes.

I'm very curious to know whether he is involved with any of the investigations and inquiries.

Sorry if this question is a dupe--things have been moving quickly in multiple forums here lately and I probably missed something.

on edit--just to clarify--I meant any comments SINCE Weds. morning.

3. And nothing but silence from Michael Moore and Howard Dean
Do people really think they are keeping their mouths shut because they've given up?

5. I have been so bereaved, I couldn't talk to anyone till last night.
I think everyone will start to get out of the dumps and start fussing by Monday. Those of us who have to work have been stumbling through each day waiting for the weekend, so we could think. Maybe just us red state people have that problem: no one to talk to.

6. I don't find it suspicious that they are not talking either
I have had a difficult time even calling family members out of state because I know that is all they will want to talk about and I honestly don't think I could take talking about it right now. It hurts too much. So I don't think they are plotting. They are probably disappointed or whatever and just don't feel up to talking about it yet. Now those that are used to losing and winnning game of politics will probably be out sooner..
