When do you think Keith will get "the memo"..
.. and MSRNC tells him and his producers to STFU?

Honestly, I watch too much 24/7 news and the fraud story tonite was the first I've seen ANYWHERE!

What does Keith have to gain by reporting on it? Sure, he made his tinfoil hat disclaimer at the beginning, but do you think it makes him look like some whiney loser by even mentioning it?

I'm just afraid that if the story doesn't have legs that he will be made a laughing stock. That for me would really suck because his show is the last bit of sanity left on cable news.

Do you think he's just trying to egg O'Reilly on and try to solicit a response from him so he can go at him and FAUX with both barrels raging? I just don't know.

I watched O'Reilly tonite and the degree to which he carries his gloating is sickening. No only did he tear Rob't Reich a new one tonite but he said that if F911 get an Oscar (best pic) that the movie business would suffer for years.. pretty much eluding to a boycott that he would lead. What I'm getting at is, if Keith keeps this up, O'Reilly will probably start in on him and get Kool Aid drinkers everywhere to come around to his way of thinking and that could spell trouble for Keith. No matter how popular, he could go the way of Donahue.

I just like Countdown too much to see it go down in flames of incredibility.

1. But would you still like it so much
if K'O' didn't speak up? If he were to tow the line then he'd be them.

2. he'll be okay
He could do it because he had Conyers on. That gives it legitimacy, he's not himself saying there was a stolen election, he's reporting on the fact that Conyers is asking for an investigation.

Keith

Why do they tolerate you? An honest inquisitive reporter? Unbelievable!
You are literally the last source on cable and television media.

As a lifelong news junkie I have turned off broadcast media. My news comes
from the blogosphere. I only use broadcast and print media to confirm what I
gather from cyber space. It is much quicker than the corporate structure and
spin in traditional media. I am not the only one in this dilemma. This
transcends all ends of the social and political spectrum. In short I have
lost my trust in much of the third estate.

I am truly disgusted not at the loss of my candidate in this election but at
the fraud that has probably been perpetrated. Even now I reserve my judgment.
I would expect this of Bush supporters if the situation were reversed.

We live in an age of lightning response.

9. I would personally prefer
although I don't think Keith shares my preference, that he go down in flames doing what is right as opposed to towing the company line and shutting up.
