Will Senator Ben Nelson (D-NE) Jump Ship???? |
|
I just caught the tail end of a report on Inside Politics that said Rove is trying to get him to join the Cabinet or become a Republican in the Senate.
I know he is a conservate Democrat, but would he sink this low?

1. If he does then he's not a Democrat |
|
And considering that we have nothing left to lose then we're better off without him. And those of you chomping at the bit to bring up the 60 filibuster-proof number, if he jumps ship then it's not likely we would've been able to hold him anyways.

Is that this aides their march toward 60 votes in 2006.
But then again he probably did vote to invoke cloture on most of the nominees we filibusted...

3. Yes he would sink that low. |

I have fought against his brand of Democrat here in Nebraska for along time.
