Schwarzenegger: No thoughts about presidential bid
say it aint' so Ahnuld!

http://www.cnn.com/2005/ALLPOLITICS/02/28/schwarzenegger.president.ap/index.html

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger may have joked about becoming president, but he said in an interview broadcast Sunday that he has never seriously considered it.

The Austrian-born Schwarzenegger said he is not the reason behind talk of amending the Constitution so immigrants can occupy the White House.

"I don't think the idea is that all the push is because of me. I mean, I have never thought about running for president, and this is not my vision," Schwarzenegger said on ABC's "This Week with George Stephanopoulos."

6. it isn't legal
that's the point of this whole little exercise in denial

he can't run--he's just trying to put himself out for more publicity and to show how "dedicated" he is to being governor

2. Liar.
He wants people to beg him. Guess he'll announce it on, what...Dave Letterman...Never. More like an interview with Plush Limpbutt.

7. Try Leno...Letterman's One Of Us
I completely stopped watching Leno when he brought the Gropinator on and all but felated him.

Arnold's playing for PR on the dovetail of the Secretary of State fiasco that's developing. This is the first salvo in his push to get this regime and Diebold into the state.

Yep, make 'em beg. Hopefully my Californian friends are a little smarter than that.

5. I'd take it with a grain of salt. On my local station when
questioned by a local reporter he said he wasn't saying no but that he has not thought about it. So what about this?

Sorry, I don't have the link for the original article in the Deseret News.
