Bush Approval Rating 52% in Gallup!!!
As of now, even in the right wing slanted GALLUP poll shows Bush with only 52% approval rating! Backed up by Zogby's new poll as well, it looks like Bush is gone. I think this is evidence to what people can actually do in a democracy if they're allowed to SPEAK OUT against leadership in the country. The American people are finally coming around

4. That in and of itself is a victory.
He's pissed away 90%+ approval levels despite all his attempts to hang onto it. And we've still got more than a year to go until Election 2004.

Cycles turn, the wheel comes 'round...

6. Not only did he piss away a 90% approval rating.....
But he even got a 75% approval rating after he invaded Iraq and he pissed that one away too.

5. Korea?? that's for his legacy
N Korea would be too risky in a time before an election; Bush will go after Iran and save N Korea for his 4 years after his reelection

7. North Korea is a real challenge, we have to find a country that is weak
It's like having our football team go up against the Philadelphia Eagles when what Bush really want is a football team like the Philly Pee-Wee League football team. Of course before we play them we make sure we take away all their equipment first.

8. Don't get ahead of yourself
He's not gone 'til he gone. Popularity can
swing several times between now and next November.

It's quite encouraging, however.

9. We Must Not Rest
Edited on Fri Sep-12-03 08:59 AM by HFishbine
Very good news indeed. But, let's not forget what WE have done to help move things in the right direction to this point. We cannot stop. We are no more than half way through a gruling marathon.

Keep writing letters to the editor.

Get involved in a campaign and WORK!

Register voters.

Make a campaign contribution, even if it's only $10.

Keep the discussion going with your friends an neighbors.

Keep lobbying the media to report the still untold truths.

We will rest when Bush is gone.

13. Could be much worse without the media covering for him
They fail to report important events and facts, and dribble negative stories only just enough to keep him teetering. The networks have found it necessary to give their public servant something to work at.

isn't being reflected in the polls.
