Early this morning, CBS had a very short story about the fact that companies are now coming to the realization that they are unable to find upcoming managers or executives due to their massive outsourcing. Unfortunately, CBS also seems to have done a very effective job of hiding their own story. If its referenced on their website, I can't find it.
