Pictures from Fayettevill, NC

My personal favorite is labled 'P3190001' and is on page seven. It was taken with a digital camera with 17X optical Zoom. These guys were creeping me out.

And, yeah, those guys are heavy into attemped intimidation. LOL They must've felt a lot like Col Custer that day at Little Big Horn. Always so friggin' paranoid, aren't they?

5. These guys were on the roof
of the building behind the park. I was standing away from the crowd by myself, I could see them looking at me so I whipped out my telephoto lens , slapped it on an stared right back...

16. Fearless!
Good for you.

Hopefully, shooting with cameras rather than guns will be the predominant action between these two factions in the years to come.

10. I'm not good at estimating the size of large crowds.
3000 sounds about right.

There were fewer then 75 pro-war protesters. This included freepers and members of 'rolling thunder' right wing extremeist motercycle thugs.

Freeper pics:
page 4 - p3190066
page 6 - 3190085, 3190087,3190089,3190085,3190092,3190093.

So much for the freepers claims of over 200 confirmations....

18. awesome! I'm taking my new 5MP camera with me
tomorrow to the Boston doins. I'm setting the resolution to VGA, which puts pics around 135KB. Would greatly appreciate ANY guidance on best way to make pics available to all.

23. Kind of off topic
But a word to the wise: keep off the whale in Rowan Park. It's a big, blue outdoor urinal.

Where was the picture with the coffins taken? The building in the background looks really familiar but I'm stumped.

27. The coffins were on the hill to the left of the stage.
I'm not sure which building you're talking about but the building that the guys with the cameras were on is next to the park on the opposite end from the stage.

Thats awesome, very few places can be more intimidating for peaceniks marching, but doubly so for those military family members who were there for us.

You people down there were a shining jewel for the rest of us. I told many people during the week the action that was going on down, so very happy that I did!

In admiration...

Edited on Mon Mar-21-05 11:37 AM by diamond14

these PHOTOS must be POSTED for people to SEE....

a lot of people are too lazy to open the link....

YOUR PHOTOS ARE SPECTACULAR documentation of the turning point in bush* wars....these are historical pictures...

PLEASE, how can we POST these here on DU? help? I can't post them here off that site....

can you download those to YOUR computer? and then UPLOAD to a FREE image-hosting site, like this one....http://www.photobucket.com/
and then upload to DU :hi:

bushites do NOT want anyone to SEE THOSE PHOTOS....get them OUT here on the web...so we can send those around....
