The Republicans are such sickos... |
|
They're pulling out the stops on this Schiavo case, to circumvent the constitution and court rulings.
They are playing it as "defenders of the weak", when we know this nothing more than part of their end run plan on abortion.
They are determined to force feed a woman who had a heart attack 15 years ago, brought on by an EATING DISORDER. (oh the irony)
They're so concerned about feeding this vegetable, but cut school lunches for needy children, do nothing about millions of Americans having no health care, and call it "collateral damage" when innocent people are freedom bombed to death in other countries.
I don't know why I'm still stunned at their duplicity.

3. They probably already have the judge picked out and |

have offered a sufficiently enticing promotion to get the decision they want.

then it will be yet another dark day in recent American history.
The day checks and balances died.
This just confirms my need to get out of this country ASAP after college/graduate school.

2. I'm not stunned at all. |

I am sitting here, watching them go entirely too far.
In their machinations, their depredations and their intrigues are the seeds of their own demise. Every time they do something like this, more people who voted for them are being introduced to "buyers's remorse".
Look at the polls. Approval of both Chimpy and the repuke-led congress is way down, for congress, nearly as low as is accurately measurable. This is the true result of what they are doing.
Hardly all Americans are fundies. Not even close. Note even in the same galactic quadrent.
The stone is into the water. The ripples are spreading.
Now, do yourself a favor: kill your TV.

is it can go either way. It can rile people up or it can turn them off of Bush and the republicans. I wonder how it'll go.

7. This will backfire on them bigtime |
|
Americans don't like this crap. They don't like government telling them what to do. This is going to be a defining moment in the whole march to theocracy.
