Florida CPS - 299 kids missing
Why doesn't Jeb lift heaven and earth for them? Has there been any more reporting on this since 2002?

"A governor's task force failed to locate one-quarter of 393 children missing from Florida's child welfare system, and dozens more are disappearing each week."

1. How did this Terri thing get so big?
That's what I missed.

How did it go beyond their family? Do her parents have connections of some kind?

As you've noted, there are 299 sentient, vital beings being totally ignored by all the nutsos in Florida. But how did that happen?

2. Christian Theocrats and their money
A handful of theocrats with a boatload of money pushing a handful of Congressmen into usurping the Constitution.

And a corporate media that obviously does exactly what they're told. Because there's NOTHING on Baby Sun or the Navy wife who is being sued by the federal government to recover money for an abortion on a terminally ill fetus.

3. So the Schindlers called them up?
Thank you for the links....I'm just curious about the actual who called who of it all. Once they got involved, I'm pretty clear the usual suspects kept it going.

The second link is very interesting.

4. I think they contacted the Schindlers
That's just a sort of overall impression. Seems to me they had other lawyers, then somehow one of these groups got hold of it and volunteered legal services, and the rest joined in from there. They are a machine, that's for sure.
