Let the Pope decide :)
If the fact that it's a "Catholic/divorce thing" and NOT the money, why not just forward this fiasco via Fed Ex to the pope, and let him decide..

Our current government seems determined to make a religious issue from this case, and these people are Catholic..

Apparently there is only $40K left of the settlement, so it's not about the money.. Husband Schiavo would probably gladly forego the $40K..

If the pope says ..let her go with Mom & Dad, then THEY should pay for her care.. Millions have been spent ajudicating this issue, and yet the taxpayers of Florida are paying for her care.

If TS is "talking and lucid" like her Daddy says, and there are all those fundies waving bottled water in front of the hospice, there should be plenty of "helpers" to aid them in her care..

Florida "uses" lots of US TAX money every year due to weather. They apparently do not have a "rainy day fund", because they have no state tax revenues, and jebbie gives most of what they DO get, to his pals...So indirectly WE are all paying for her care.

If it's truly a moral issue, and a religious issue, just get the government out of it COMPLETELY..
