Irresponsible of Judge Greer to order feeding tube removed on 3/18 |
|
A DUer told me that (can't remember the DUer's name, no calling out, don't worry) during the heat of this debate.
Their argument was that it was highly irresponsible of Judge Greer to order her feeding tube removed on March 18, because he should have consulted a calendar and realized she would most likely die on Good Friday or Easter, leading to some really horrible violence on the part of the protesters and extreme pain for her family (meaning, of course, only her parents!).
So much for THAT argument, huh? :eyes:
I love all this second-guessing of the decisions of multiple state courts and judges. :sarcasm:

The whackos who want to make some kind of political hay out of this whole sorry affair will move the date of Terri's death to whatever is convenient for them. The suckers and the rubes will "remember" that Terri died on Good Friday or Easter Sunday as they search for meaning that isn't there, and as they send money to hucksters and demagogues.
Commit today's date to memory, take a screen shot of a report today, and otherwise be ready. This ersatz religious folderol will come along soon enough, and it's best to have the facts at hand.

7. Yep, March 31. A Thursday. |

NOT Easter, NOT Good Friday.
It's almost like they're disappointed, seriously.
