Bush will announce that Delay has accepted a newly created cabinet-level position as Counsel of Religion, Energy, Environment, and Pollution - CREEP. Bush selected Delay over such qualified applicants as Ken Lay, Rush Limbaugh, David Duke, and Pat Robertson.
The announcement will be covered live by Fox News on FRIDAY, APRIL 1st!!
