Why is MSNBC the only channel with live coverage of the Pope?
CNN and Faux all are doing Shiavo reruns. Don't any of these stations have reporters or live feeds at night? Whatever happened to 24 hour news?

4. Scarbourough is live.
Or so it seems. He opened talking about the pope. I'm not listening because he is going into his hate filled Shiavo act. Abrams, who prededed him was live and doing shots from Rome. He said that they would be following the story all night, and it seems to be the case. But I won't watch Scarbourough!

2. Because Kerry is Catholic?
Just a dumb too-late-to-be-awake guess.

3. Because there are some people at MSNBC who actually care
about news.
Believe it or not.
I haven't turned on CNN or Faux in, gee, I dunno. I have to look up their station numbers on a guide when there's someone on one of their shows I actually want to see.
Their news director is peaches, from what I hear. Of course, they ARE owned by GE and Microsoft, which keeps them from being actual news.

5. Deathwatch
I guess they wanna be first if something happens. Ticks me off, though. I was hoping to catch the Countdown rebroadcast, but noooooo. There's Dan Abrams perched like a vulture on the Vatican correspondent's arm. Creepy.
