Subject: Wise People Group Invitation - Please Forward

Wise People was created for people to be made aware of knowledge,
insight, and wisdom, including innovative wise reform ideas about how
to improve the court system, the laws, and how society in general is
run. The other purposes are: (1) to bring together all of the people
concerned about corruption, chaos, crime, victims's suffering,
injuries, disabilities, death, and (2) to work to promote innovative
wise reforms for the court system, for the laws, and for the society
in general.

People are trapped with incompetent and corrupt judges and other
government officials. I've read about that happening in various
countries around the world, even countries that claim to be
civilized. The U.S.A.claims to be civilized. Since I live in the
U.S.A. I am more familiar about what all is going wrong in the U.S.A.
that is opposite of how a civilized country should be. I've learned
from a combination of personal life experiences with the court
system, talking to other people about their experiences with the
court system, and reading in newspapers, magazines, books, and the
Internet about various court cases, that the court system is the
branch of the U.S.A. government that has the most influence as to
whether or not the society will be run in a civilized manner. I don't
think the founders of the U.S.A. realized that so many judges and
others with decision making power in the court system would abuse
their power or else they wouldn't have designed the court system the
way it is designed now. It's too much of an honor system. Tragically,
too many judges, district attorneys, other lawyers, and magistrates
are not honorable people. Even though their character may be very
dishonorable even treacherous, dangerous, and deadly, they get to
play "God" with people's lives.

We've been taught that elections are the way to deal with court and
government incompetence and corruption, but that's not working at
this time. Not only can voting machines be tampered with to alter the
outcomes of elections, not enough people know enough about court and
government corruption. They also need to realize that it is necessary
to participate in other citizen activism than voting because court
and government incompetence and corruption is strongly entrenched in
the system. The establishment - government officials, political
parties, school system, media, and religion - has proven to be
resistant regarding taking on the court and government incompetence
and corruption even though they have been notified of these serious
social problems. I'm hoping that the Internet can be put to good use
to get around the roadblocks put up by the establishment. At this
time education and networking are crucial.

To help with the education and networking I've set up websites with
education about court and government incompetence and corruption.
I've set up a yahoo group, which I've named Wise People, to enable
bringing people together for this cause. I chose the name Wise People
because wisdom is what is missing in the courts and government and we
all need to be wise people. The design of the courts and government
is such that it benefits the powers that be elite people so that they
can manipulate the system for their financial benefit plus for
themselves to get away with committing crimes. Pehaps it was because
the founders of the U.S.A. were so freshly escaped from the tyranny
of the King of England that they never imagined that the U.S.A.
reality would become worse than what they faced in Old England. To

Our government laws say that we can reform our courts and government,
however, the government officials have thus far proven to be
resistant to wise reforms.

Subsequently, until such time as there are literally millions of
Americans, possibly more than half of the Americans, that are for
wise court and government reforms, we will be trapped with
incompetence and corruption in the courts and government. Americans
from all demographics are being wronged, being victimized, suffering
pain, receiving injuries, disabilities, and even death due to the
incompetence and corruption. To understand just how bad the reality
already is in the U.S.A. click here:

Wise People is a moderated yahoo group because when it was
unmoderated some of the members sent messages with vulgar/obscene
words. One member sent me a vulgar/obscene cartoon. Yahoo.com expects
the yahoo groups to have good standards. With the group being
moderated, I can edit to make sure that the group meets Yahoo.com's
standards. I understand how the courts and government having
incompetence and corruption makes people want to use curse words. For
a curse word, I would edit to leave just the first letter of the word
and then put dots or a line. There is a variety of societal problems
presented at the Wise People yahoo group. I'm hoping the members will
share knowledge they have that would be beneficial for the group plus
learn more knowledge from other members that will be useful for them
personally and to use to educate other people. I'm hoping the group
will result in a united effort to wisely reform our courts and
government.

All people worldwide are welcome to join the Wise People yahoo group.
U.S.A. government actions affects Americans and people in other
countries too. Government actions in foreign countries affects their
citizens and Americans too. Please forward this e-mail message to
many other people, for example the people on your personal mailing
lists and business mailing lists, to give them the opportunity to
join Wise People. To check it out click here:

1. Nowhere mentioned is the tradition of legal precedence.
Sounds like if they had a perfect world, each case would be decided "de novo" (heard for the first time, without reference to past facts and law) -- and the outcome would be fixed in their favor. THEN, there would new legal precedence.

Once the judicial system has been coopted, a fascist dictatorship will be firmly in place.

As an attorney, I don't always agree with the decision that a judge will make, but I can understand how the decision was reached, which is explained at the time of the verdict/Judgment. My experience is that judges do not make up the decisions based on their whims or political pressure. An independent judiciary is necessary for a Constitution to be viable.

4. It sounds like they are after the type of judiciary
that answers to a small group of power people in the background. Like the KKK influence over the courts in the "Bible Belt".

Southern politicians have a genuine heritage under that type of system, and it is not inconceivable that they would be incapable of understanding a world where the rule of law was genuinely practiced.

2. Have you seen the Focus on the Family website?
Their action page is full of easy mass mailers the rabid right can use to send to congress and the media on how we should be getting rid of liberal activist judges.

3. That is really disturbing
It is amazing how few people can really change the course of our nation. I read a report that gave credit to a group of 200 people for whiping the FCC into such a frenzy over alleged indecency on television.

Maybe the government is taking extreme action based on the requests of their own activists.

5. Those two hundred people were probably Focus on the Family
members. Focus on the Family files over 90% of the total complaints received by the FCC, per FCC records.

You can say the FCC works for Focus on the Family because it spends most of its investigative time following through on Focus on the Family complaints.

7. Have you ever noticed how many "Family" groups
are nothing more than fronts for discrimination and bigotry? We have a "Families First" outfit around here, and I was arguing with one of its active members. I quickly learned that it really means "White Families First" not Black or Spanish families. Also, it means "Families with a Married couple" It is obvious why they are so opposed to gay marriage. It would let the gays in on the benefits they want to earmark for the married heterosexual couples.

I am sure the field will be narrowed in the future as well. It will come to "Christian White Families with a Married Couple".

Then White Conservative Christian Fundamentalist Married Family with Children at Home and a Mini-Van with 3 American Flags on it?

8. Actually, those 200 were an outfit
of "conservative families" concerned about the media. I do not remember their actual name.

6. Amazing to watch, isn't it?
They bitch and complain about activist judges because they have the audacity to call unconstitutional legislation what it is.

They say that the problem is activist judges who insert their politics into their decisions, and then they turn around and try to get ultra-conservative judges nominated.

9. Exactly !
They feel their judges will insert the politics of "Gawd" which cannot be questioned by the mortal.

They are trying to substitute one type of "activist judge" for another.

The type of judge they would be interested in would support this bill:

Scroll to the bottom to read the "Discussion and implications of" this bill.
