I think a President should attend the Pope's funeral but I note...
that he wasn't there for Stephen Jay Gould or Ernst Mayr...





Where the hell is their well deserved tribute! If you think the President (no matter who it is) should damn well show some respect for these giants let me know.

And, the way things have gone in the U.S., they might even be considered to be enemies of the state.
