1. Since you have all of these older allegations coming to light in
the Michael Jackson trial, that will be the ad-news-eum story for next week.

They are depserately seeking something new, though.

2. I thought about adding Delay's "troubles"
to the list -- but since it's a "liberal conspiracy" I doubted if it would get more coverage than Sharks swarming off the coast somewhere :eyes:

4. It's going to be "all Pope, all the time" until....
a white puff of smoke comes out of that little chimney. After that, we'll have days upon days of coverage about "who this new Pope REALLY is", and his life's history ever since he was first abused by his parish priest. We'll know more about this guy than his family does.
Yep, I'm betting on 24/7 Pope stuff. It's the only religious story out there at the moment. We wouldn't want news from the "lay community" to dominate the airwaves, would we?

5. I've seen two shark stories on CNN this week alone...
...in between Pope stories, of course.

6. I voted for sharks
but 'sharks' is just a stand in for anything to avoid talking about peak oil and the end of the world as we know it. The problem is that the pope and TS are done and there is nothing obvious to replace them. Jacko isn't doing it.

7. Simple formula...
I figured it out several years ago...

1) Look for whatever the biggest threat to the RWer's is for this
week.

Examples:
- Delay corruption.
- Sick religious hypocrite.
- Enron trial.
- Election irregularities.
- Iraq not going so well.

2) Look for a similar (but, Democratic) story. Magnitude or seriousness
of infraction is of no consequence.
(Note: If one can't be found make something up.)

3) Spread talking points on selected topic to the talking whores... I mean, heads. Make it sound like there's some discussion or debate on
the topic. Yell, scream, rant... Even if it's a total lie.

4) Keep doing it...

5) So on....

6) Still more....

7) If the danger seems to have passed... Move on to next topic.

My prediction based on this formula is that we're going to start
hearing about all the wonderful alternative energy plans and developments are being made.

KEEP ON DRIVING AND BUYING THE GUZZLERS! BUY! CONSUME!

You just watch.

;)
