How hard is it to broadcast a talk program over the internet?

Back when I was playing Asheron's Call on its PvP server a couple of guys setup a broadcast specifically for it. Would be like a weekly thing and they would interview other players of the server and of course give smack talk on others.

But basically thing is that if they could do it, it can't be too difficult. Just matter of band width / server load with more folks like the DU has listening in I guess :shrug:
