Everybody needs to relax a little. |

10 candidates and only 1 can win. Don't forget about unity. We're gonna pull this thing off, so take off the spurs and knives.

This from the guy who earlier today said that Dean should quit and cut his losses??
Sorry, I have a hard time accepting that statement from you.

What is going on here? I can understand Robert Kovak looking like he were about to have an aneurysm, but people around here need to calm down. Gen. Clark has decided to enter the race for the presidency. Cool it. If he does well and his campaign catches on with the voters, good for him. Good for America. If someone else continues to build their campaign and wins the nomination, good for him or her. Good for America.
As the days go on and Clark presents himself and his policies, we will all have what we need to know to make an informed decision. In the meantime, some people need to chill a bit.

10. Step one: forget "only one can win" |

The presidency isn't the only prize out there, y'know. Some of the most interesting posts I've seen have speculated on cabinet posts for the non-presidential candidates, not limited to the ubiquitous "Clark as VP for <insert candidate here>" posts. This Democratic field is SO much more impressive than in previous years and I think every candidate has something to offer.

14. Yes, the Dem candidates are impressive... |
|
there is nothing like a campaign to make them even sharper.
But, I still have a problem with the congresspeople-candidates who gave these warlords permission and those who voiced all that support for the warlord policies. They say they gave them permission to get U.N. approval, but most people here knew that the warlords were going to proceed with imperialism attack number 1 for 2003 no matter what the UN was going to say - so, if we knew it then any savvy person should have also known it. It was a transparent plan. They couldn't have given us more clues.
