Concerning all the recent flu virus news, I wondered what everyone planned

to do to prepare for the coming 'flu pandemic, either from BIRD FLU or some other 'flu.



I may plan on having a "V8 break" every chance I get, and hope for the best.

Flu or no Flu, face it down, and stop getting all worked up over media hype.

"They" just want to keep everyone panicked and too afraid to see what's really going on behind that curtain. Don't be fooled.

4. I may still roll up my sleeves for a shot in the arm against the "garden

variety" flus for the main thing I feared from them is being sick as a dog from them for what seemed like FOREVER.

Remember the government and big pharmaceutical companies want to keep us controlled through fear.

Other than that you can take several grams of vitamin C/day. Some Alpha Lipoic Acid, L-Glutamine, (to raise Glutathione levels - very important for immune system) and Co10. Oh and take a multivitamin also so you have some sort of balance.

Wasn't it several months ago people were lining up to get the flu shot because they were in short supply? I don't remember a flu epidemic last winter. I don't believe in vaccines though.
