1. Nah, they need to KISS people |

(Keep It Simple, Stupid) and ask them who they want making life or death decisions for them, their families and doctors or some politician in Washington?
There's your hot button issue, right there.
Most folks just aren't ready to wrap their brains around Christian Reconstructionism. They go to "nice" churches and listen to the same Sunday School Christianity we were brought up on in the 1950s. They are now unable to see that Christianity can be a BAD thing, even thought they're starting to get a little uncomfortable with some of the pious pinheads in Congress.

The Democratic Party should exist to do the heavy legal work for us -- publicizing the New Pharisees is primarily our job, "our" meaning the "grassroots".
I spoke about this neo-Pharisaism to just a few conservative Christian friends of my Mom's, and within a month, about twenty of their own church friends registered Democratic. There is a lot of opportunity within the Christian itself to organize to kick these moneychangers out of the temple.
The idea is "Pray for George Bush -- and get him out of office!"
Strange as it seems, many low-profile Christians actually try to practice what they preach! We should not overlook them as they hunger and thirst after righteousness concerning the affairs of thier world.

3. Neo-Pharisees - how apt! Great name - maybe it will stick |
|
Neo-Pharisees and Neo-Fascists seem to be one in the same. The former group wants theocracy, and the latter wants a corporatocracy/oligarchy.
I hope the backlash cometh...and SOON!
