The Plan to retake America
What we must do is regain Congress. During the last Election they had "moral values", I suggest "Justice and Accountability" for us.

I am proposing a Democratic Victory Committee, this would be akin to say the American Conservative Union or something like that.

We need to consolidate various campaigns from the local to the national level. It would be a secular (and benevolent) form of the 'christian' Coalition.

The platform:

1. Election Reform
2. Making the Supervisor of Elections in all states an a politically unbiased figure
3. Voter Education and Registration and exposing the 'christian' Rightists as people who want to cause murder and destruction
4. Taking back Congress in 2006
5. Uniting various Anti-RW Campaigns to unite and make even bigger and more powerful

1. Media reform is the most basic requirement
for getting anything else done. The majority of the electorate gets all of their information and has their opinions formed by the TV. If this were not the case, Bush would not have gotten anywhere near the support that he did.

Until we can gain access to the media, we will be dealing with a brainwashed population who gets their programming renewed every day voluntarily.

4. Wwe need to continue to talk and create our own Media ...
until this is achieved. Plenty of ways to plant the kernel and spread the word. Take action.

3. 100% agreed
insult to injury: the media is left leaning.

I dug into a family member today. Asked him if he heard about Gannon/Guckert, etc... he said "who?"... I said, "Oh, must be that leftist media again, not bashing the White House for having a male prostitute roam around about 200 times in the past 24 months."

Unbelievable. People are COMPLETELY unaware of reality when depending on the TV for news.

Media is the first step. Hostile takeovers from VERY RICH dems/independents... even mod. republicans would be better than this, at least the "old style" republicans wanted a well educated/informed public. If we don't take back some of the corporations that own this media, we don't stand a chance.

IMO;-)

5. I believe the majority does not know what those who are informed do...
It is important to begin with large brush strokes: War, economy, lies, gas, etc. First we have to hook those big sleepy lunkers before we can educate them. Details and the story that has unfolded will do us no good until we can catch them up to speed. Miss the first 15 steps to this story we are living in and all we sound like is a lunatic fringe. They are sitting there going: "Huh, how did this happen" as we are screaming "haven't you listened these last 5 years?" Well we need to accept that they have not nor have they been helped by this media lap dog that drools at the feet of the current admin. Now that the time is right, start pushing buttons again. Start from the start, and spread that word.
