raise capital gains tax. Most of the richest people in America made their killings in the stock market. At the same time, cut taxes for the poorest in America, and cut taxes for the middle class.

Even if we just raised the cap enough without totally eliminating it, it would make SS solvent for many more generations.

And yes, let's repeal the cuts that turned the "income tax" into a payroll tax. If you're going to have an Income Tax, then all Income should be taxed!
