None of the Candidates Are Any Good
Hate to sound like a FReeper, but man...

Wesley Clark: Fervently pro-Israel. DLC member. Waffling on the war. A General.

Howard Dean: Opposes single-payer health care. Opposes Kyoto. Only moderately opposes Patriot Act. Not opposed to Star Wars. Wants to increase size and strenght of military. Focuses too much on balancing the budget. Waffling on gay marriage issue. Waffling on war. Born into wealth.

John Edwards: Inexperienced.

Dick Gephardt: Used to be anti-abortion social conservative; now a liberal populist. Pro-war. Close to labor bureaucrats. Not very charismatic.

Bob Graham: Centrist. Uttery uncharmismatic.

John Kerry: Close to the DLC. Born into wealth. Pro-war, pro-"free trade".

Dennis Kucinich: Politically mostly on-target, but flip-flopped on abortion and flag-burning. Unfortunately, personal appearance and lifestyle choices (veganism, flirtations with New Age movement) work to his disadvantage.

Joe Lieberman: Bush Lite.

Carol Moseley Braun: Lived luxuriously off campaign funds, covered up sexual harrassment charges against boyfriend/campaign manager (whom she paid $15,000/month), Medicaid cheat, corporate puppet.

Al Sharpton: Politically right on-target, but has too many skeletons in his closet.

2. You would prefer the drunk we have now?
Come on. I've seen flame bait about single candidates, I've seen flame bait against two. I've seen it against all but one.

But this is just pathetic.

If you want to bitch about the "evil democrats" there are tons of sites you can go to, but not here.

wafting over that post like the sweet stench of a dead cow on the morning breeze blowing across the meadow?

5. yep they all suck alright.
There is not one of them pure enough to get my vote.

I have principles.

I have to draw the line somewhere.

By not supporting any of them I can feel really good about me.

My personal ethics, religion and ideals will guide my choice about who I vote for.

Did you realize that the first letter of the word "ideal" is "I"?

I have principles.

I have to draw the line somewhere.

because everyone else seems to think you're serious but I think you're being sarcastic. Damn... too bad we are so far gone we can't recognize it. Sigh.

15. Poor sarcasm...
its like saying "lets hit this kid again hahaha just kidding" after the kid has just been beaten silly by a bunch of thugs. After all the dem bashing, not many people are gonna find a sarcastic dem bashing post funny.

16. Yeah.
A good rule of thumb for jokes, sarcasm, parody, etc. Either put in a line like /sarcasm off, or "just kidding," or make it actually funny.
