WTF? Inspectors weren't allowed in? Is the man a lunatic? Is he stark raving mad? Did all that coke destroy his memory or does he simply have unmitigated contempt for the American people?

Inspectors were in, and they were working until Shrub saw the anti-war movement growing and knew he had to get it on right away or lose public support. We're not idiots who can't remember the situation three months ago, you pig.
