Their shills pretending to be lifelong Dems are leaving Party over this. |
|
Edited on Thu Sep-01-05 11:30 AM by norml
I'm listening to the right wing radio, though I'm sure they're taking the same tack on Fox News with their in house shills who pretend to be "Liberals" and "Democrats".
I predict that the majority of the "callers" on all these right wing radio shows today will be delivering the line that they are "lifelong Dems who are leaving the Party and will never again vote for a Democrat because of this"
It's a line they've used before in situations like this, but never so much as today.
There have been so many of their scripted "caller" shills playing this game today that it must be a record number.
What does it mean?
It means that our criticism of his handling of this is really hitting home and resonating with the public.
Pour it on!

How would this be the Democrats' fault? What the hell are the shills talking about? Is this about Katrina?

6. I got more responses when people were confused. |
|
Now that I've spelled it out like I was posting on Fwee Wepubwik, there's no interest.
Oh well, it's just an observation, maybe not all that interesting to anyone but me.

12. That's because it's a lie told by a scripted shill playing their part |
|
as though it was the spontanious outpouring of public sentiment and as though it was someone actually calling in over the numbers they give out.
Don't you get that it's a set up?
If you listen long enough you'll realize these "callers" are the phoniest thing about right wing radio.

8. You didn't explain, you just repeated. |
|
I think an example would have helped many out here.
I think I get you, though. When the crap falls squarely in the Republican lap, call in the stooge squad to create a "buzz" that it's the Democrats' fault.

pretend to be a Democrat and complain that the Democrats are at fault on (radio) air time.
Diversion at it's finest.

18. Until this criticism. Until this "playing politics" over this issue. |
|
"Until the Democrats (or some Democrat) did this outrageous thing I was a lifelong Democrat, but now I'll never vote for another Democrat again."
As a loyal Democrat doesn't that make you get really mad at those criticizing Dubya over this, and make you wish they'd be more careful in their criticism?
Sigh!
I guess most people haven't studied propaganda methods as much as I.

14. That's sort of right, but they don't call them in, they use them every day |
|
I've even said in other threads that those with access to voice print technology should be recording them to show how they use the same people all the time and sometimes have them playing different roles.
They have many flavors.
Most of the scripts are to give the impression that the public loves everything the host is saying, and only wishes the host would go further.
Beware most the ones who say they are liberals, that present the opposition talking points weakly, so that a response can be inserted to inoculate the faithful.
They are not your friends.

So if someone who is actually going through the ordeal claims Bush shouldn't be president anymore does that count (the video is at crooksandliars.com)?

When they reach for this script, you know they're in deep shit, and you know it's time to pour it on.

If it gets them through the day to have fake callers say that, who cares.
The Dem's aren't in power right now, the thinking public knows this. They are just lost little sheep bleating in the wind.
