Reporter on CNN comparing the situation in New Orleans to Iraq |
|
He said that reporters are afraid to go out in the city because of the violence and lawlessness. He said 'I hate to say it but it's kind of like Iraq and how reporters can't leave the Green Zone' (paraphrased). He was reporting from the roof of a police station.
I think the Feds are encouraging the MSM to fear for their lives, so they can't film any more dying babies and old people.

1. Wow, that's great news, right Fox? |

As good as Iraq? We all know Iraq is safer than Washington DC, thanks to right wing radio!
I hope Halliburton is fixing things up for NOLA too!

4. It's a lot of BS to hype the story |

and provide cover for Bush's incompetent handling of the situation. They come around later and say, "We tried to help, but all the citizens were shooting at us!"
