BBC World In New Orelans "Help us, why arent they helping us" |
|
BBC World is showing some pretty sad coverage, they are interviewing people who are begging for help, one lady is nearly losing it saying "Woman are being raped, we have no food or water, why arent they helping us"
One man is screaming "Where is George Bush, where is George Bush"
Another woman is saying "we are being left to die"
What Im seeing from BBC world is the people cannot understand why they havent been resuced yet. its awful they are just walking the streets.
Its really really sad.
They are reporting bodies in the street, its like something from an awful movie, there are the surviviors and the cameramen but no one else. I dont know what the media in the USA is showing right at this moment, but BBc World is showing a lot of people who are worried that they are going to die and all of them, are not happy that they havent been resuced.

2. CNN is showing dead bodies at the Convention Center and starving people |
|
and sick babies and people sitting next to corpses. :( We are all stunned and heartsick and cannot believe how fucked up the situation is. Bush is being blamed for the catastrophe even by conservative media types like Jack Cafferty of CNN.

BBC Wolrd is now talking about Global warming saying the tempatures in the water is the highest its ever been. They are also reporting another storm front that may turn into a hurricane, its a long long away though.
Hats off to BBC World, thier coverage has been brillant.
