So could this be an evil plan of Rove?
Could Rove have allowed this debacle to happen by offering no help and guidance, citing a need to prepare a defense for an impending indictment?

Could this be part of his own personal plot to be able to tell Bush, "See how much you need me? Want outta this mess, just drop a pre-emptive pardon on me."?

Sorry, just getting momentarily tinfoilly here.

:tinfoilhat:

I'm better now.

1. the fact that Rove is still smiling....
Since Rove is still smiling means that the whole case will be a 'whitewash'meaning that Bush will get his way.

2. Naw, Rove IS Bush
He doesn't have to ask for a pardon, he'll just say "do it" and his puppet will comply.

6. I think there's alot more to it than that.
Like allowing it to happen in order to force the thinking that you can't depend on the government and you're on your own. This is why Bush gutted FEMA IMHO.

I say fight back by telling 'em that FEMA is good in principle but needs serious reform. I have a feeling that they have won if we say we don't want FEMA anymore. Let's not let that happen!

Call Congress and voice your concern at 1-877-762-8762 toll free. And don't forget, demand impeachment of bush and his entire administration!
