JUNEAU, Wis. -- Two homicide charges were filed Tuesday against a driver accused of causing a Dodge County crash that killed a woman and her unborn child.

Authorities said Roy Simon (pictured, left) of Madison was talking on his cell phone when his SUV broadsided the victims' car.

4. We should make the driving test harder

One should have to demonstrate that they can merge with 70mph interstate traffic while talking on a cell phone and eating french fries before being allowed to drive.

Why do we spend so much time and energy making cars safer to crash instead of making drivers less likely to crash them?
