Investigators Conclude Russian Defector is Lead Suspect in Anthrax Mailings Case

Sandpoint, ID- Three veteran investigators have independently narrowed the field of anthrax mailings suspects to a single Russian defector affiliated with two heavily implicated defense contractors and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

Kanatjan Alibekov, alias "Ken Alibek," the President of Hadron Advanced Biosystems, should be re-interrogated by the FBI, according to three researchers who arrived at this conclusion independently. They say Stephen Hatfield-the military virologist cited by FBI officials in recent weeks as a chief subject was not likely involved in the mailings at all.

The three men include: Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz-a public health and emerging diseases expert, Michael Ruppert-a retired Los Angeles Police Department homicide detective, and Stewart Webb-a federal whistle blower credited with supplying key evidence to federal prosecutors during the 1989 Housing and Urban Development (HUD) scandal. All three investigators say overwhelming evidence implicates Dr. Alibekov and the parties he served before and during the anthrax mailings, including the CIA. This, they propose, might best explain why the FBI's inquiry has floundered.

4. I worked at the American Media Building in Florida
American Media, better known as the king of American tabloids, was attacked by the anthrax mailer not once or twice but dozens of times leading up to and after Sept. 11th. Investigators found anthrax in over 80 locations of the building. It appears that the mailer was using the building as a testing ground to see how much was needed to kill someone. In the end, he killed one and almost killed 2 others.

Some of the Sept. 11th terrorists were living in two separate locatations in south Florida. The first group, including Mohammed Atta, lived in Delray Beach. The second group lived in Hollywood Florida. American Media was in Boca Raton.

Lets think about the geography here from North to South.

Farthest North=Delray
Middle=Boca
South=Hollywood

So anytime these terrorists had to meet one another they had to travel past American Media on rt. 95. Guess who advertised themselves on a billboard located just south of Delray? That's right, American Media.

Guess who Atta rented his apartment from? An editor working at American Media. Guess what Atta repeatedly sought treatment for at Florida pharmacies? Skin irritation due to exposure to an unknown chemical substance.

Put 2 and 2 together and it equals 4.

6. in the ventilation system, no doubt.
that's one scenario for using anthrax.

how did Atta get ames strain anthrax, I wonder? That's American anthrax.

Did our govt sell it to bin Laden when he was fighting the Russians? Did someone in our govt give it to Atta when he came to America?

Anthrax has a "signature" and the anthrax used in America was from America, not from Iraq, btw...which was immediately put out as disinformation right after 9-11.

I'm really curious about who could have supplied Atta with anthrax which came from America.

5. sounds like a set up to me.
there is a good article in the October Vanity Fair from the English prof who was able to identify the writer of Primary Colors before he fessed up.

Unfortunately, Vanity Fair articles don't seem to be available online, but the person who wrote this analysis is named Don Foster. Maybe he has a site with the article...I didn't check.

according to Foster, there were two anthrax mailers. one sent a letter postmarked 9-20 from St. Pete and used Russian-style quotation marks and backwards "N" s, which resemble the cryllic letter "I". An educated Russian is going to know not to make those mistakes, so it looks as though someone was trying to throw blame somewhere.

the note said "'The Unthinkable'"
"Sample of how it will look"

Foster takes this person to be a scientist worried about the threat of bioterror and our nation's lack of preparedness for it.

Also, that letter, and others like it sent to Judith Miller, and Howard Troxler, at the St. Pete Times, were not toxic. One was also sent to Brokow's office...

and he also got a letter with real anthrax which was dated Sept. 18th and which said: "This is next. Take penacilin (sic) now. Death to America. Death to Israel. Allah is Great."

This letter came from Trenton. This same person also sent letters to Daschle and Leahy.

The writer of the article goes on to note that Hatfill can be traced to numerous incidents involving issues of bio-terror, not just the anthrax mailing, and can also be placed in London, for instance, during a conference on bio-terror. Of course, Hatfill would not be the only scientist there.

Someone tried to frame another scientist named Assaad, but the author has further information to show a pattern of attack on this scientist by the "white supremacist" faction (or whatever you call people who align themselves with White Rhodesia and purposefully use anthrax on the black population.

that would include Hatfill, btw.

Foster was repeatedly denied access to writings to further his analysis of who the possible anthrax terrorist was, but he is fairly confident that it is an American, and he seems to think Hatfill is still worthy of being "a person of interest."

But the FBI has interferred with attempts to find out who killed people with weaponized anthrax created in the U.S.

I'd recommend reading the article. And you get to look at George Clooney on the cover. That's the same issue which has the article about the Saudis flying out of airports when all planes were downed immediately after 9-11, and also flying out when only limited commerical planes were allowed to fly, and no private ones, except for the one that took the Saudis out of the country.
