OH MY GOD! We're LOSING THE RECALL! |
|
Edited on Tue Oct-07-03 09:23 PM by Must_B_Free
That's right - we're LOSING!
We Need to Do Something!
I call on all my fellow Free Republic trolls and disruptors to commit to start at least 1 thread on Democratic Underground's General Discussion forum stating at least one of the following:
1. Arnold is winning 2. What should we do when Arnold wins 3. Let's Recall Arnold
We need to convince them that they don't have a chance so that they give up and don't bother to vote.
Do it for Bush, Do it for Jesus, Do it for the Reich! Say or Do whatever it takes to win! Lie, commit fraud! With the loss of Iraq and the failed credibility of the white house, Arnold is the only hope we have left.
Remember - Arnold won, nothing else is true.
:)
(Edit: oops, I meant to post this on FreeRepublic.com)
(Edit 2: hint: sometimes my posts are a sarcastic joke - that's what the smiley meant, and what Edit 1 tried to make more clear)

this does not help anybody
by the way this is way too close to call once YOU LOOK at the numbers and the absentee ballots are quite over a million. We will not know tonight, or at least should not

Arnold won, but in many ways, that's a good thing. So, let's not have a wake, okay?

18. One possible answer might be Arnie's little meeting with Ken Lay. |
|
I'm a hopeless link poster, so go here-www.gregpalast.com and read his article re: Arnold, Mr. Lay, and 9 billion dollars. (Unless you've already read it.)

The fucking fix is in! CNN, MSNBC and the local San Diego news stations are allready calling Fuckhead Ah-Nold the winner and the damn polls are still open! We have a state-run media folks and its working with Rove and his facist murderers to fix elections. Cant you see it??

Don't we want the news media to report the news? All sources, Democratic, Republican, independent, indicate that Davis is out, Governator in, by a large margin. We may not like it, but is spinning on a message board going to change the result?
If Arnold is the next governor, how does that play politically? Isn't that what everyone wants to know now?

there was never any other outcome. Rove needs Arnold in office in California and that is exactly what will happen.

17. Oh PLEASE! Give me a break. |
|
If Rove can "manufacture" an election that (if true) has a majority voting for Ahnold AND a huge majority vote to remove AND show record turnout (Arnold will have millions of votes MORE than Davis had in his election).
If he can do all that? In California? When it's the ONLY STORY and they can't hide the cheating?
If he can do that... he doesn't need Ahnold.

22. That sounds remarkably like some republicans I know... |
|
Was it the "early call" that kept people from voting?
Was it hiding Arnold's shortcomings?
Eventually we have to face the fact that WE LOST.
We lost because of poor strategy (McAuliff). We lost beacuse of poor candidates (Cruz). Fix that... don't shout at the wind.

20. But calling the vote in Florida before the election was over in 2000... |
|
now THAT was a REAL scandal! Those poor people in the panhandle, who were so discouraged to hear that Gore was winning by a narrow margin that they couldn't even get to the polling place... My God! What a crime it was!
Hell, who cares about California, we'll call their elections whenever our fascist hardons become unbearable. But stay away from Brother Jeb's state.

23. That's not a good parallel. |
|
They didn't "call" this one until after the polls closed.
The exit polls that Drudge leaked were the same ones he leaked in 2000. We knew early in the afternoon that Gore was ahead in the three states he HAD to win to be in the race. Republicans who thought it was in the bag were sweating on TV by two in the afternoon. We thought it was Gore LONG before the polls closed. Last night was no different EXCEPT that there was no "call" before they closed. But blame it on our own people. They were out there by 6pm spinning the loss and you could see it on their faces. This one wasn't close.

The dream of a president who doesn't owe anything to anybody except we the people and our piddling little $81 donations is the only thing saving me from total despair right now.

He is not a real GOp man but just used this as that was who was in the WH when he wanted to get in to the nat, stuff. People like this type of off the road type. This should be interesting. If he wins how long before Karl will be out to take over the state?
