So Miller testifies it was Libby who told her |
|
Anyone surprised? Do you believe her? Why do you think her source (Libby or not) released her yesterday?

Some how Bolton is involved too. Could they take Libby down in replace of him? Being that Bolton is appointed and must face a vote still?
Speculation but that rat bastard is a crocked at the rest of the lot.

6. She is protecting Bolton and Rove gets off the hook. |
|
Libby is the fall guy. However, the * people will somehow find a way to prove that he did nothing criminal or illegal.

10. I believe that Fitz was getting ready to bring |
|
Criminal, instead of civil contempt charges against Miller and that Miller did not relish the idea of another 2 years in prison, and that he used this as leverage to cut a deal with Miller for leniency/walk in exchange for the truth. Libby then acts surprised that he had anything to do with her refusal to testify to try and cover his ass. Fitz already, IMHO, knows what Judy is going to say, he just needs to get it on the record, and if she lies, he'll nail her for perjury. The house of cards is getting ready to fall.
This is all my own speculation from listening to the reports. We'll just have to wait and see.

11. The facts will tell who the leakers were... |
|
Miller can lie or only name one source but the facts will find all involved. Libby can fall on the knife all he wants for now. When he faces reality of a federal prison, he'll think about his family and children, and will come clean with the truth.
Same with DeLay. If companies are called to testify, they will not fall on the knife for him. Companies need to protect, above all, their reputations.
